 Coaching is a unique profession. It utilizes the essentials of therapy, consulting, mentoring, and often friendship, to create a unique client-helper relationship. This relationship is a powerful alliance – a partnership – to help clients manage their lives, create fulfillment, and live their dreams. Coaching focuses on change and accepts that change will happen.
~ The power for change comes not from the coach or even the client, but from the relationship created between these two people within the coaching structure. ~
I have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with nearly 30 years of experience working with children and adults with disabilities. Occupational Therapist’s education includes the study of human growth and development, with a focus of achieving independence in all facets of life. Being an Occupational Therapist has provided me a foundation of experience, including teaching, training, problem solving, and team building.
Coaching as a profession was an exciting discovery for me because it allowed me to bring all my innate gifts and new skills to an arena that I am passionate about. I believe this is what I am destined to do. I received training and certification in coaching from the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching in 2003-04.
I have always been drawn to study spirituality, philosophy, astrology, clairvoyance and tarot. I have found that coaching allows me to intertwine all of these studies with my unique gifts and talents. I enjoy creating an atmosphere of complete trust and openness for others to safely step into. I have a grounding presence and a very empathic and telepathic ability, which is geared to be of service to others in helping them discover what lies beneath. I am an excellent communicator with the ability to give others information - tools to transform - in very creative ways, and intuitive wisdom.

COACHING FORMAT
I provide three types of coaching:
Wise Women Appointments
*A single appointment utilizing the Thoth Tarot for a self-esteem reading
Individual Coaching Sessions
*A minimum of a 3 month commitment, meeting via telephone, once per week
Circle of Women Workshop & Support Group
*A combination of 8 group sessions in my home and 4 individual coaching sessions via phone in a 3 month period, once per week
Wellness for the Planet and its People
My purpose is to work with women, separately and together, to support them in a way that moves them forward to step fully into their highest selves so that they will be a greater force within our world to promote the wellness of all.
