I went from scanning the ‘daily chart’ on my astrology software to Google front page news, and I just laughed.  Here sails this Yod—still!  And today it is as exact as it has ever been.  This Yod is an interesting one, indeed.  When two pieces of a Yod are exact aspects from Mars and Pluto, eek—well, you get Google News of today!  The third piece today is The Sun in Libra.  What a tug.  The sign of war and peace  in an exact quincunx to the two planets of war and mass fear.  Yeah, we thought so! The good thing about this Yod is, though, that it is like a ‘trip switch’, and some little dial just goes, ‘enough’ and we are able to shift to a different reality.  Aside from the fact that Yod’s bring to our minds to the macabre, (and I’m sure you all do not want your daily morning thoughts always begun by Edgar Allen Poe) the other energy they give is creativity.  I have been cleaning and decorating and putting up glittery lights for weeks now.  My house looks like Disneyland.  True, it’s Yod compensation, but I think that getting out of our heads and into our creativities is the remedy for survival during these ‘Interesting Times’.

Today we see the last of Luna ‘at the beach’ of Pisces.  She stays as long as she can, in fact she hangs in there not even willing to Void until five minutes till Midnight, but then she turns off her energy briefly, and just after Midnight she hits the ground running as she enters Aries for the weekend!

The two ‘squares’ of our day will most likely be the aspects that we feel.

The first starts the day (Venus square Uranus) the last ends it (Moon square Pluto) so we will be ‘framed’ by aspects that incite a stirred-up energy, and feed into our Yod background.  No getting away from it, there are no shortage of things ‘out there’ to stir us up!  You know, there is one thing you can do with that stirred energy, if you live in this neck of the woods.  It will not happen until tomorrow, but you all might consider dropping in.  Tomorrow is the Bioneers weekend at the Civic Center in San Rafael!

This is an amazing annual festival that connects us to all of the information we are generally kept away from (or it is fed so subtly, we miss it).  Yes, you will have to find our about the state of Global Warming and you will be afraid—very afraid.  But you will also find out that people are actually DOING something about it!!!!  Jump in if you have the day free, it could just change your life.   http://www.glbconference.org/

Okay, off to do Friday, and well, just hang with the Yod.  What a world!
I must say, though, glitter lights are a fabulous 'remedy', I highly recommend them!
